Sounds to me like thats a personal attack on other fish-hawkers..
My interpretation is;
1. The forecast is correct more times than not for the intended audience/location and use.
2. If you want the forecast for lake X Wink ... don't try to use a forecast for city Y and expect it to be accurate.
3. If you are going to use a forecast for anything other than simply planning your day around the house or your drive to-from work... you better access a different forecast than the typical public forecast available on a web site or media outlet.
4. even if you do manage to find a marine forecast or an aviation graphical forecast for your location, you better know how to apply common sense physics to the forecast such as funneling, damning, eddies, reverse winds lee of barrier and the list can go on and on.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST
5 Dont blatantly slam a persons profession/ability/credibility without knowing one darn thing about the topic.
