I was gonna ask you to consider a move like that. It was a bit of a flame out and while I can appreciate as much as anyone a bad experience with a retailer, I'm not real comfortable with people using Hawk Talk to vent.
I think your stuff is quite entertaining and I encourage you to keep at it.
I also encourage anyone who appreciates excellent service from very personable and knowledgeable people to not just pop in, but to get on speaking terms with the vendors that help out Hawk Talk.
It isn't hard to strike up a fishing conversation with these great people, and believe me, even a few words over the counter from some of them can make the difference in your day. Here's the best part - it is in their best interest to help you get into the fish. How delightful is that?

And likewise with Laurentian Marine. You have a boat and a motor and they need care and maintenance and servicing on occasion. You hate to have to bring her in, but at least there's comfort in knowing she'll be left in the care of Alfred and Doug. There's comfort also in knowing that they stand behind the products that they sell. And they are less than a 30 minute drive from anywhere in Ottawa. Did I mention that Laurentian Marine is about to start their own Forum in the Hawk Talk Marketplace? I think it is awesome that a marine dealer wants a Forum in this Community.
Anyway - we should probably let this LeBaron thread die - what do ya say? It isn't really fair to our friends that LeBaron gets any free publicity on Hawk Talk.
I will leave this thread open for another 24 hours and then I'll lock it. In the interim, let's just keep the discussion on the topic of how good the vendors in our Hawk Talk Market Place are.
