It is a pretty clever nickname, but inapproriate all the same. Maybe Master_Caster or Weed_Wacker would be more suitable.

Must be ice fishing season, I am checking out Fish Hawk again.......

But when did the members become a bunch of grumpy, impolite people????

Have they been using that Lake Simcoe website or someting, where everybody is rude to everybody else?????

Back to Bobber..........not trying to do your job, but maybe this thread needs to go to the dumpster, and all the negative stuff with it..........

And how about that HARD WATER eh guys!!!!

Ryan, thanks for changing the nickname. I do understand it's all in fun and I'm all for fun, but unfortunately this is just not the place for that kind of nickname. Sorry, but your new one is much better anyway. I look forward to reading your posts.

Hi Doug, this one will disappear as you have suggested for sure. It's unfortunate that you don't visit more frequently. For the most part I think everyone is pretty good to each other in the majority of all conversations, but there will always be one post that stirs things up so to speak. I suppose this one was my fault. Perhaps I should have dealt with it privately with Ryan, and I thought about it, but wanted to make sure that others knew that selection of nicknames is also important, and inappropriate nicknames will be removed. Maybe a bad choice on my part, but in any case his name is changed and I don't hold anything against Ryan...in fact I thank him for changing it. Perhaps I'll address things like this in a more diplomatic, less public way in the future.

In any case, thanks Ryan.
