What is flower bed ground? Is that a bone meal mix or just an earth mix?

What I mean by flower bed mix is the ground in flower bed.

old stainless steel sink with a custom top burried in the grd

for bedding and food, just mulch up news papers, get them a little damp and voila instant bedding and food
the critters eat the newspaper which is printed veggy ink
they get fat turn the paper in rich soil by fall
been doing this for 18 yrs

check they once a wk the dead ones always die on top clean them out .
sprinkle a bit of water once in a while , you'll have these puppies till freeze up

you'll find you worms will get black if it's only black ink
NEVER used glossy paper, only news print
