2009 Bay of Quinte Fall Walleye Institute

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Gordo, I know I don't post on here all the time but I know enough not to egg RJ on   . Just kidding.

Anyway, I have a couple spots left for next weekend's walleye institute and I really want to book them so I am offering the last few spots at $299.

I know there is a lot of concern about the algae outbreak and it is justified, but as many people have mentioned this outbreak is occuring in shallow water in the Belleville area. The Reach area where we will be fishing is no where near the affect waters and is not at all the type of water where the blue green algae grows.

The main focus of this weekend is to learn techniques that you might not be aware of or comfortable with. Even if you are seasoned walleye angler you will learn something at this weekend, so besides being a ton of fun you will learn a lot.

Just to give you a reference of how good this price is:
You get:
8 hours guided fishing - I charge $549
2 nights accomodations - 2 @ $149 = $298
2 breakfast - $10 +/-
2 lunches - $20 +/-
Lectures - priceless lol but they kind of are.

So a total of about $877 if the lectures were free all for $299!! I know that sounds like a cheap sales pitch but in all seriousness its a great deal. You won't regret making the trip down.

Well after a few phone calls and some research I have decided to sign up for this amazing offer.

Heck to catch big walleye I am willing to head to school.

Anyone wanting to car pool from Ottawa or along the route let me know...

See you all down there... and watch for some great shots... opps I hope I didn't jinx myself.

No bananas in the boat :D but ask why?

You'll have a great time with the gurus.

Good luck and bring a note pad there's a lot of info in a very short time.

Banana's ?!?!? I hear Gordo loves them. Always carries a few in his tackle box. LOL!!!

You ever seen a grown man cry? Take a banana in Gordo's boat! I'm laughing at the thought.

I thought it was just a Gordo thing until I saw a show on ocean freighters and they wouldn't take them onboard. So maybe Gordo isn't nuts

Just google "bananas and bad luck" .
