What a great day to wet some lines on the Ottawa River

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

joco.....
Why not? :?

I do this all the time also. If you're just going slow to your next spot it's not worth the effort to lift it out of the water.

I do that frequently when moving more than a couple of hundred feet. It saves the battery on all day outings plus it's quicker too.

I was going to attempt to be funny with my reply and say it is a kinetic energy recovery system - the turning blades on the Motorguide recharge the deep cycle battery

So you knew the guy...... and probably knew he wasn't doing anything wrong.....

But decided to put this post up as bait for someone to come along and say they were doing something wrong..... and you would be waiting of course....

So BA comes along and you get your chance but really in saying he misread your post you actually misread his post........

What a soap opera

You know Brad in your picture ( avatar ) I think you are holding that fish illegally....You have the one finger grip on the bottom instead of the 3 finger

Really though that is a beauty.
