I try to use the Knot Wars winning knots whenever possible. I think the Alberto won in this category last year.

Palomar or Fish-n-fool or Berkeley Braid for line to tackle
King Sling or Rapala Knot for loops
Alberto Knot or Uni to Uni or double surgeons for line to line or tippet.
