I've been fishing the Ottawa hard for since July...seems that in those brown waters, the fish are always fussy and then once in a while, BAM, you catch a beast...

All good info to hear though...its nice to know pike can be spooky too, we have to give them time to get big!
This year I spent most of my money on beer, women and fishing...the rest I wasted.

It might have been him...I think...not sure

How does he get those bad boys in the kayak? Grabs them by gill plate?
