LF professional detailer tuneup and winterizing

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Wow talk about piling on.

I'm sure we could line everyone up and tell a story about how we've felt jipped somewhere. I got a list..

freedomjp has found spot to get his work done, hope it works out as he expects.

I know a few who go to Pirate cove religiously because other places have treated them poorly. I've presonally brought my boat there once and was extremely pleased with my experience.

For winterized get, I bring my boat to another marina only because it is 10 ,minutes from where I store my boat and our family has used this place for 20 or so years. Plus, I don't ever need an appointment and the do it while I shoot the breeze with the mechanic.

I can't stand places that ask you to drop it off and they will call when it is ready which is usually 2 weeks from the day you drop it off. I don't like leaving my boat places where it isn't within my eye site for that long.

Just dropped off my baby. Dave, the owner showed up at 9am sharp as agreed. He took the time to tour my boat with me, answered everyone of my questions and more. Getting her back next Saturday ...can't wait

Well, dropped my baby off this morning at Aim Marine. Met with Dave the owner. He showed up at 9am sharp as agreed. But what impressed me the most is that he took the time to tour the boat with me, making sure to answer all my questions and more with genuine interest BEFORE making up the work order including options to save money. I left my baby with confidence looking forward to picking her up next week tuned up, shined up and winterized . It's early I know but family obligations...well you know...

Thanks to all for your advice and hope it helps a few fellow fish hawkers
