Crappies, bluegills, pumpkinseeds, perch. They are called PANfish for a good reason......Heck, even rock bass are very tasty! But for the rock bass, get them on ice as soon as you catch them, or they go very mushy, very quickly.
Hard to beat a shore lunch of fresh walleye fillets too!
And all of the trouts and salmons, and whities, and............ I like them all, pretty much..........
I did publish a bunch of recipes in my Fishing Pro Files, not sure if I still have them in digital format (if so it will be on a floppy disk and in Word Perfect, not even sure my machine can read that stuff....) If I can find them I could post them on the forum here. Or if somebody has a set (the last 5000 copies were sold/given away by OFAH) and a scanner, go ahead and put them up.......
