Should the bass season open earlier?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

There are many schools of bass fry (SM and LM) at the dock in our local lake - they have been free of the nest and parental guarding for over 1 week. But each year is different. And there could be others still in the nests. I did see some empty nest bowls yesterday...

Keep the dates where they are. Allows for year-year spawn variations due to weather / water temps.

I think that the date is just fine.... 8) but that's just what I think !
