Lac Ste Marie Tournament Results.....Report .

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I was going to post my congratulations on a great tourney, report and pics, but reading the garbage that this post has been hijacked into, it all seem quite moot at this point

You can't post a pic of a big bass without some self-rightious, self-appointed know-it-all offering proof that the fish is not the weight posted. If that's not bad enough, his character is called into question. This kinda crap has been going on too long and needs to stop now. No friggin' wonder no one wants to post anymore. How many more good people will leave Fish-Hawk because of this constant on going crap.

I'm pi$$ed right off at this stuff Image

What I want to know is if this bass was weighed and viewed on the scales by people how can anyone say it is not the stated weight. If I weight in a perch and the scales read 3lbs and goes on record as that then guess what....It was three pounds. Why debate it...the tourney is over...the weight is recorded as such so the weight is that. Who cares....nice bass...terrible shirt and suspenders...awsome bass by Legend killer ( highjack a thread with that bass any day  ) so why does it keep going................

12 + this thread = a bunch of wasted typing.

Don't "12" it yet. I just saw the thread!

Firstly, to BA and 24/7 -- a fine, respectable finish if you ask me (unless there genuinely WERE only 5 boats).

I never like to dabble in weights from pictures because they (pic's) can be so deceptive. I do think that (suspendered) guy has got himself one big, fat largemouth.

I will try to get a bunch of our latest Wolfe Pack fish pictures up so we can see what you guys think of their weights based on the photo's. There were some really nice bass caught. Just don't try to guess my weight!

I have to say that even the fish posted in our "Catch of the Week" section of the newspaper each Sunday seem exaggerated. I'm not sure why this is: are they truly mistakes or am I grossly underestimating fish that tip the scales at a nickel +. This has actually been a topic among our family lately. I don't use a scale, but for some fish I think we're going to start, if just for the education of it all.

Nice loony pic, BA. I saw 9 of 'em having a loon festival this past week.
