I think that would be a perfect place for a trout G2G IMO and was going to suggest it earlier. They can accomidate a large group no problem. And if you want to stay the night, you have that option too.

the prob..its to reserve a place there.

people that have gone there in the past seson have the priorty on new people that want to go there..at least that is how it work before.

and its ver none expensive to stay there to.

the cabin are very nice. and you can fish about 125 feet frome the cottage if that.

little tread about that place.

joco.got to love that place.

i might go there in Xmas time if they allowed people to go on ice..its private so they deside if its safe or not.

personaly i'm not up for paying to go fish.

i already pay for my liscense, both quebec and ontario.

you'll get a bunch of trout there, but you have to pay to play. plus accomodations. i'm a student and i'm currently not working(still looking for a job).

that's why i brought up calabogie, endless possibilities (crown land!!!)

if you fish at the pourvoirie baroux, wich is 25 minutes from my cottage, do you need to get a quebec liscense?

I'm new to the list but my grandfather introduced me to ice fishing for trout about 50 years ago.

If there is enough ice to hold us all (depending on the date and if I can get the wife's permission ;-) ) I would like to participate. Got my gear and I can walk (no ATV or snowmobile yet). Got a Xtrail from the west end of Ottawa (Kanata) with room for 2 or possible 3.

(Prairie Boy I owe you two rides!)

I would love to learn more but I may have a trick or two to pass on.

Can't wait for hard water!!!!

Aw man I'd really like to go, but....I guess I'll have to wait and read the report. It sounds like a lot of fun if you don't have to trudge through a lot of snow this year (remembering last year's climate).

Tight Lines Katch Moore and company!
