why does everybody fish dog for splake?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I know my Lake (Otter) has them, although they have been very tough to catch in the last few years. Come to think of it it's hard to catch any trout in Otter lake... well that is until I go after them this year! :D

There are other lakes but most are small and could not take a lot of pressure. Dog Lake is pretty big and well known as splake lakes go. It's also stocked with 15,000 fish a year. So it's no big deal to throw the name out here.
