Paya,
You could try merland park for accommodations.I usually fish early in spring and late in fall for Walleye so I imagine the fish are not in the same spots in September.Someone should be able to give you a few spots for bass and walleye in the summer.

If you are in the Picton area of the Bay Merlands is a great place to go. There is also the Tip of the Bay Motel (right at the Picton launch). You can also try the Sportsman Inn which is up the road past Merlands.
In terms of fishing locations, the shorline from Merlands to the bigger water of the bay holds Walleye. Talk to Kevin at Merlands and he will put you on fish. Shermans and Thompsons point are also popular. Hay bay near Ram Island is also a popular spot. When you get later in the fall (Oct, Nov, Dec), the big gals from the lake come into the bay after the baitfish (shad). They can be caught right in Picton bay but out near and past the Glenora ferry is good. The fish are suspended chasing the clouds of baitfish that are in the bay at this time of year.
Trolling is a good method to cover water. Husky jerks, Rogues, and other stick baits work great. You can also cast and jig for the eyes but I haven't done this on the Bay as trolling always produces.
There are other areas of the Bay of Quinte that are good. Up near Trenton and Deseronto but I am unfamiliar with this locations.
Hope that gives you some ideas.
Cheers,
Mike

Hi Paya,
I fish the bay a lot and have had good luck in Belleville in front of the Hospital trolling. If you really want to get into the big ones take a good look at Picton bay and Hay bay. This is your best bet for the big ones. The reach in Desoronto is also good.
Good luck
