Why the eye roll?

Anglers are required to purchase a First Nations license if they plan to fish waters that are part of an Native Reserve. I had to purchase one to fish Pink Salmon at Blind River this summer.

That would be great Joco, but it'd spoil my 6 year achievement of not spending a dime in Quebec!

I've yet to have a postive experience in Quebec, maybe a day on the water with you could change that.
