I've never used the shrink wrap myself when I see it on boats stored at the marinas in the area they seem to stick a large pole in the center of the boat to allow the snow to fall off the wrap.....like a little Teepee....
I'm not sure I'm making sense...

I was thinking of using one of those tempo garages. I just moved here and everybody uses them for their cars. They must be somewhat solid and able to withstand the wind.
A 11 x 20 sells from 330-378$. Like John said after 2 years it is paid for.

I use one.
It is great, never even bother putting a cover on the boat.
And they are great if you are jonesing for a boat fix mid-winter. Put on your snowsuit, sit in your boat, and imagine your are racing down the river to your favorite bass hole.

Mine is in a sheltered postion with 2 hedges and 2 large trees so the wind doesn't really get at it. In an open area i would think the wind could potentially cause damage but they're very solid.

I have had my boat shrink wrapped every year since new and would highly recoment it.
The do put a big poll right in the middle. On the poll they also put some sort of device that I think sucks up the moisture ir keeps out the mice.
Go for it you will not regret it.
thanks guys
