Shirley's Bay/Buckham's Bay/Constance Bay

Has anyone been out on the ice at any of these locations yet? Ice thickness? Angling sucess? Any info would be appreciated.

People are fishing both Constance and Buckhams bays. Theres 6" of ice in the inner bays. but I launched my boat Dec 12 at Crown Point and the river was wide open and very fast current so don't venture to far out.
