yeah, portable.
That's actually the one I'm looking for. I'm on a web site from the t.o area. I might order on. They have the Mr.heater (portable buddy) and a new Big buddy heater. The picture shows a BBQ propane tank attached to it. I only want to put a little coleman tank.

A Mr. heater or a Paulin heater is the way to go for ice fishing....The hose attachment is optional...I guess it would be good on a trip....Here are some specs of the portable buddy...You tried out this heater Chuckles
• Designed and approved for indoor use
• Automatic low-oxygen shut off system
• Uses 1 lb. or 20 lb. propane cylinder with optional hose connection
(Mr. Heater Stock #F273701/02)
• Free standing or wall mount
• Quiet, odor-free, lightweight, portable
• Easy to carry
• 4,000 & 9,000 BTU high and low setting
• Heats up to 200 square feet

No, I made a little mistake. The store is in t.o but the chain is from the states. But on the ontario store, the prices are all in u.s dollars. And I can't oder and ship from that store. Pretty stupid actually. the can price is 99.88 still pretty good. But I need to get it before I go to simcoe. Not sure if I'll have time though.

The only problem with making the little detour for the heater, is that we're going to be leaving probably in late afternoon, get into t.o late night. leave sat early to get on the ice in good time. So the store is going to be closed at those times. I assume.
How far is the paddletales? and how much are they selling it for?
Thx
