Norm,

You forgot to mention the handy work of the net man 8)

Chilling weather...but was a good day overall. It was definitely your day to be in the spotlight

Thanks,
Cman

Nice walleye, I have caught many of those trolling spinner baits for muskie.
I have never targeted them specifically ,but they are there.

Huh?

Over the years I've seen several walleye in the 6-9 pound range (well, at least 8 or 9) caught in the shallow pads on bass jigs- mainly in the area of the Provincial Park.

Lots of excitement in less than two feet of water!

Norm ~ When you say rideau are you talking about the ottawa end? Im down on the kingston end. The walleye only travel from lake ontario to the first lock at kingston mills.
