Fished it twice...once on thanksgiving after a wicked cold front came in, caught a few small fish on tiny lures. We had a cheap boat rental and went the length of the lake. Second time, I only had an hour or so to fish from shore one June evening but there were good numbers. Caught bass but believe I spotted a good sized brown trout. The lake is mostly shallow with lots of weeds.
...anything to bend the rod
