despite the heavy downpours of rain...i packed my rain suit and heading for the river for the night time eye's....glad i did...managed my limit within minutes!!!!!! the walleye were fast,furious and very hungry last night....usually there a few guys down there..but not a soul...guess no one likes fishing in the rain :roll:

Hey Chief, I wish I would have known there was good fishing in the Strathroy area when I lived there!!! I lived over the Radio Shack on Front street for over a year....I used to be a roadie for bands and worked at the Pine Ridge and the Derby.....I still come around the area from time to time to play the Turkey Fest.....

Are there places right in Strath to fish or do you have to go to Sarnia???

:D Now thats good fishing. I dont mind the rain as long as I have my rainsuit on.

been fishing right in Sarnia....all the way down to Courtright...best i've seen it in years....and really there's no good fishing in Strathroy...i usually hit lake erie,lake st clair,lake huron and and the tribs to those lakes
