Georgian Bay July 18-21

Hey guys,

A friend of mine has a cottage on Georgian Bay by Point au Baril. He invited me up there and is not a big fisherman but has a boat. With all this is mind, what should be my target species on Georgian bay in late july? Ive never fished there before but enjoy walleye bass and pike fishing? Any ideas?

I fish up there from time to time (on the naiscoot). Walleye and pike would probably be a good bet around that time. Large ones are not uncommon..ther e are lots of bass around, but I haven't really seen any really nice ones.

Fish there once inawhile....fish 5-7 f.o.w weed beds or stetches that have a mixture of under water rockboulders and weed beds....phylis bay is a great chance for big pike..... for walleye fish about 100 ft away from opechee island.
