I have just returned for a week of fishing Lake Kipawa. Me the wife and my 10yr old son. It was an ok week, had a few days of rain but overall a nice week, we rented a cabin at Alwaki lodge, was a great place nice cabin, well organized.. Now for the fish part, it was all walley, tried for Pike but they were nowhere to be seen. overall we put nearly 80 walley in the boat, I would say half of that was in the 11 to 12 and a half inch ranch witch we put back, we returned home with 10 all in the 15 to 17 inch ranged. Biggest of the week was caught by the wife 18 and a bit. nothing realy big but numbers are fun too. Lost 2 anchors one hoked to a tree that I was able to pull up enough to see but not to remove, had to cut the rope, the other well somthing cut the rope for me, probably rock. But what is a fishing trip with out a few problems. Had a intake hose on my inboard split, thank god for ducttape, temporary fix but lasted from sunday till saturday. Dont see how to post a few pics will see about that and hopfully post a few later on
