G'day folks,

As some of you may know, Nodie purchased a new boat and motor so expand his fishing pleasures beyond the shore. It's new to him, however has a few years on here. The motor is 30 years old. An 18 HP Sears Elgin motor that seems to have a few problems starting and running.

Nodie has checked with Laurentian Marine, who unfortunately does not service this type of motor, so is now looking for a mechanic or backyard motor guy who may have a look at it and see what they can do for him.

If anyone knows of such a chap, could you please let Nodie know about it. He is quite excited about this new boat and motor....as I would be...and would like to see if he can get her "up to speed" for next season. Pictures are available if you need to see the motor. Just PM Nodie.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
