I dreamt last night that I heard ice crystals forming on Crappy Bay. Me thinks that chances look good for crappies on weekend.

This lake was open last night when I got home..... 1 1/2" everywhere this morning, it has a max depth of 18 ft and Pike perch and other pannies swim in it... we'd be ice fishin by the weekend for sure if we don't get the snow they're callin for
