Tamagami

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hey Jebby,

Temagami is a beautiful lake that you'll enjoy immensely.
I spend two weeks there every year at the beginning of June. We stay at a lodge not too far from the access road.
The first week we were there, eight years ago, we spent at the Provincial Park. It's a nice park and there are some electrical sites at the waters edge that have docks if you can get them, if not there's a good lauch and docking facilities in the park. It's a nice clean lake with great swimming.

Lookinforlunkers, we were up there last year at the end of May for a long weekend, close to the walleye opener and the fishing was very tough. Could have been the weather, I don't know, but it was an awful long drive to get extremely frustrated.
Temagami is a huge lake with over 3500 miles of shoreline and the scenery is amazing.
We're headed to Kashwakamak this year on the same weekend, last one in May. Going to try things on a little warmer body of water this year.

Jebby you have a pm
