Crappie Anyone?

Anyone having any luck with crappie thus far?
I went out today but only got one strike.....a little too chilly maybe...

I tried today too - nuttin'. Wasn't expecting anything really, just wanted to fish a bit. Supposed to snow tonight too - geez.

I got some nice ones last night. Caught about 20 in 45 minutes. Only kept 6 for supper. Also got a bunch of wee lil perch that where just slightly larger than the 1/16 oz tube jig I was using.

Toukan, What time did you get fish? I am thingking out for crappie this saturday and not sure I should go ealier in the morning or late in the afternoon. Thanks.

Any crappy from the Rideau river yet
Im planning on heading that way Sunday. Or I should go for the bullheads on the Nation as they are on full swing right now

It was about 6:30-7pm when I got to Smiths Falls.
