Fishing in Hamilton

I am going to be in Hamilton next week on training and was wondering if there were any shore fishing opportunities in the area. Thanks

Yes you can do some casting off the canal between the bay and Lake Ont.
Try casting some long distance spoons.
Also crappie and stuff in the bay by the parks.

you can try for perch in the pier 4 canal. you'll probably see guys fishing there....just pick up some minnows at Bills Bait and Tackle on the top of the hill on upper james, they'll give ya some advice as to whats happenin'.

there's some fishing around here to be had.....

there is a tourney there at pier 4, sponsored by bills bait on sunday the 22nd of april. from 8 til 2. it is a pech derby
