Do you go(P) in the Lake?

You stopped for cofee on the way to the lake, your thermos is now empty, and you have to go.
Which way do you go, over the side with the wind at your back, in the cup then overboard, or in the bottle to bring home with you?
Just curious?
In a secluded area, I stand proud and tall and let it go with the wind at my back, the joys of being a man.

I am typically in two situations when I'm in a boat: rowboat and kayak.
Rowboat: In a container and then disposed over the side. Standing up in a rowboat to do the deed is not a feat that I am prepared to perform. One wrong wave and ...
Kayak: I have paddled to shore in a secluded area, and used the best nearby tree I can fine. I have considered using the drain hole....consequences seem too dire should something go wrong.
This topic deserves a new forum category

Good post!
A friend of mine came fishing one day with a 2 foot length of PVC tubing...
I found out after a few beer what it was used for. Hysterical!
I go right over the back (point the boat upwind!)
If not... urine trouble.

Just to clarify, I dispose of the contents of the container, not the container itself....

Downwind, over the side. So liberating....of course I spend 75% of my time in back bays so it's pretty private.

When i read this, it reminded me of a sign i seen at a public pool.
It read: Dont pee in our pool,we dont swim in your toilet

A friend of mine told me an interesting statistic
a large percentage of male drowning victims are found with their zippers down
p ing over the side of the boat, a bit drunk and/or non swimmer, falling in.?
be careful out there
I thought of the tube bit myself, just got to get one
arn't we all supposed to have a bailing container /p bucket by law?
I dont think a fisherman p ing in the lake does any harm
but the do gooder enviromentalists would argue that point all day, so maybe it is best to do it in a jug with a cap and bring it home
oh my gosh, what about number 2 !!?????

Now that is MAXIMUM PROTECTION Matt!! I'd hate to fish the rest of the day with 5 spent pints in my pantaloons though.

Okay lets face facts. the second you step up on the gunnel or seat or whatever and unzip everyone else in the boat starts bouncing or rocking. In short doing anything they can to make you lose your balance.
These are the same guys that think its funny to pull the cord on your inflatable PFD.
Even though I have the safety package (bailer, rope, light) I carry an extra bailer. A gallon bottle with the bottom cut off and after one bad experience

, the cap glued on to prevent tampering.
