Any advise for Walleye on Golden lake please?

I am fishing Golden lake in a few weeks but I haven't fished it before. Any advise would be appreciated.

When fishing make sure your lure is in the water.

....but seriously.......I've fished it before. We've had luck where the Bonnechere R. enters the lake. also in the river itself upstream from Golden. We were after bass tho. If it's walleye you're after, I can't help ya..... but it should be noted that in Golden L. there is a two fish possesion limit for walleye and a slot size is in effect.
