Good afternoon all,
Anyone ever fished little cedar lake in quebec - not sure what to expect but I may head there this weekend.
I hope all have a fun filled weekend of fishing!

Hi Pchilli1,
If it's the one near Messines (and beside Big Cedar Lake) I went there once many, many moons ago.
Caught a couple of decent smallies but nothing else, allthough I did hear there was some nice pike in Little Cedar.
I've fished Big Cedar Lake a handful of times for lakers (fair-good for lakers), and got some nice pike when I got tired of trying for lakers.
Used to put into Big Cedar at Moosehead Lodge if that helps.
Might be better off in the big lake for pike but I do believe laker season is closed.

Hi Guys
I just bought a cottage on little cedar, so I hope the fishing is good. The guy a got the cottage from said he always has good luck for lakers.
BTW trout is closed in Quebec.
