Bass Lake Launch

Hi Guys,
My kids have another P.D. day on Friday and we were hoping to check out a new bass spot. Does anyone know if there is a public launch for Bass Lake? It's the one near Lombardy. I have contacted the folks at Bass Lake Lodge and they want $20.00 to use there launch. A tad to rich for my blood.

As a back-up option does anyone have any suggestions for some smallie action? Small to medium lakes are best for our little 14 footer.

On a different topic. We were out on the Rideau this morning. Holy crap was it windy. No fish, lots of work to control the boat, lost lure when the wind took my buddies line sideways into the trolling motor. It is so true. A tough day on the water is better than a good day at work.
