That is the person refering you to the draw. As a donor I'm not going to be in the draw for the certificate(which is a big one!) I'm only in for the drawing that is being offered. Maybe it's toooooo early in the morning, but where on that site do you find contests?? I looked around and couldn't find it...I did find Joco's grey area though on that site.....good question JOCO ...I think I've seen that topic somewhere else recently

Once your on the site open the GENERAL FISHING SECTION and you will see the contest. Good Luck guys. By the way when you go to the MNR section and ask a question sometimes it takes a couple of days to get an answer back so be patient!

Cofusing site! Don't see a Contest Area, a General Fishing Area nor a Register Here area....

Might be an idea to make it a bit more user friendly..

Perhaps it's just me, but I gave up...too hard to even register or find info on this contest.
