Hey y'all
I was just wondering wats your favorite fish to eat and whats your favorite fish to catch?

Personnaly, my favorite fish to catch in summer is pike, and in winter walleye, pike and perch. And I eat all 3 of them, they taste great! :D

All thought i've always wanted to catch a ling, no any good spots?

I love to fish for walleye! Theres nothing tastier to eat then a pan sized walleye caught during the winter time. But I spend more time fishing for Large mouth bass as our summer retreat is located on a great bass fishing lake Cranberry/dog.

I love pike and walleye summer or winter for catching and eating. Last winter I did some crappie fishing with a buddy and they were loads of fun to catch and tast great as well. I'll definately chase them on a few trips this winter. If your looking to catch a ling, theres tons in the Ottawa around Dunrobin. Try just across the river from port of call marina.

Musky in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Then I would go for Smallies with Ultra Light gear or pike.

To eat, I'm a big fan of fresh crappie that I hauled up through the ice.

To catch, it's largies in the slop or smallies on the fly.....so far.

Smallmouth all the way. Dont know how many times I called for the net only to find out it was a 2lb smallie.

Probably going south, and catching marlins, or the likes would be some exciting. But all summer long, day in and day out, nothing compares to the smallie.

My favourite fish to catch is Rainbow trout. The best fighters I have enjoyed to date. They are just so darn hard to catch

My favourite to fish for is the Smallie on a crystal clear lake with a variety of structure. I also prefer the small to mid sized lakes.
