Brett: South of Toronto is a big area. Can you narrow this down a bit. It's 4 hrs. form Toronto to Windsor. Lots of good spots.

Try the Thames north of London. Both the north & south branches.
The Thames in London also has bass.
Wildwood about 25 mins. northeast of London also has both large & smallmouth bass.
A little further north the Nith between New Hamburg & Paris also has bass.
On Lake Huron try the river mouths at Goderich and Port Franks.
On Lake Erie Long Point Bay is good.
Hope this helps.
