It has been said and I have observed that fishing is best when the pressure is falling and the fishing is slowest when the pressure is rising... but when timing when to go fishing ... how long after the pressure starts to drop can you expect it to pick up?
I am convinced that pressure falls = better fishing ... but I wonder...
Does it vary with types of fish? does it depend on the rate of fall? is there a time after the start of the pressure fall that the action speeds up?
I am interested in opinions from people who have actually experimented/observed this phenomena.

i've herd that the best time is right at the switcheroo. like when the storm front moves in.
i remember one time the storm front moved in, lightening flashing everywehre, there's just me an this other guy across the river. suddenly the fish are on
we're taking turns holding up 2-5 lb bass ... we musta caught 10 12 bass in just moments.
wen the lightening got pretty close I chickened out and split. what a day.
