Turning Pro (PWT)

Well I have been around Fish-Hawk for many years and have had the chance to fish and share information with many on this site. I have been accepted to fish as a Pro Angler on the Professional Walleye Trail and will be making a step up to the big leagues. I would like to thank all my sponsors along the way, the Fish-Hawk community and also my fishing mentors Gary Parsons, Keith Kavajecz and John Butts for all their support and encouragement.

It is going to be an exciting year fishing, I am competing in a couple of the PWT Pro Am events that are within a 22 hour drive and also will fish Masters Walleye Circuit (MWC) events when the dates do not conflict with the PWT Tournaments.
I will continue to post on Fish-Hawk with up to date reports and any new information I gain while out on the water this season.
I know I am not making my living from fishing so I am not a true 'Pro' to many, but it is a good start to my dream of doing this full time in the future.
Have fun on the water this season and catch a fish (walleye) of a lifetime,
