RE - Cooper Spoon Description

Spoon is somewhat of a misnomer it looks more like an in-line spinner.
it is made of wire that is approx. 6 to 7 inches long. it has a willow blade
it also has a 'v' shaped lead weight that acts as a rudder. it has a double hook that rides up usually covered in yarn. i believe it was normally used in the kawarta area of lakes.
