Definitely a public launch on Scugog, I think all that is open there right now is walleye, crappie, and perch... maybe carp if there are any left. I think there are better lakes in the area, Sturgeon, Rice, Pidgeon. You'll probably have better luck getting answers about lakes in the Toronto area on message boards closer to Toronto, try ofncommunity.com.

Those are all pretty busy lakes on the weekend. If this is your first time launching, loading, or operating a boat you may want to consider a smaller lake without so much traffic. Tensions can get pretty high at a busy launch when someone can't get their boat on or off the trailer and is holding everyone up.

Try the map project on this site. Cameron lake has a launch in fenelon, as well as sturgeon lake. Pigeon lake is good for walleye this time of year as well.

Good luck,
