results from Wendover?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Has anyone been out around Wendover? If so how have you made out. I haven't seen any reports regarding this part of the Ottawa. I'll finally be getting out this Friday to give it a try.

The water level is very high and murky.

It's very hard to locate walleye at this time. Pike are bitting good.

Water temperature is also very cold.

Good luck.

I have confirmed that we'll be out on Friday. Heading around Clearance Island and then explore in the immediate area. we'll work our way down stream looking for some decent spots. First time out in this area so who knows.

If you are going to be in the Clarence area, I suggest you try Molson bay in Rockland. Probably one of the best spots right now.

My spots weren't producing at all on saturday, water was at 50.7 F where i fish, Like The Walleye-Hunter said you should try Molson Bay (Lochaber) The water over there was at 56 F on saturday and the bite is on, just be careful the water is high and Molson Bay has wrecked even taken numerous motors.
