We started off throwing some spinner and crankbaits to see if we could get some aggressive fish but after about 15-20 min of washing those lures decided to try slowing it down.It was a perfect windless morning great conditions to work a plastic dip-stick worm real slow, and within the first 5 min I had my 1st fish of the day.

almost right after that fish was caught the wind started to pick up, so we decided to just drift around the lake and cast out the worms and see how that worked.
In the next 20-30 min we caught another 6 bass all almost identical size, including a double header. Here are a pics of a few of them

The next hour or so we started catching some smaller bass mixed with a few nice ones, but none as nice as the smallest of the seven we caught in the 1st hour of fishing. As the morning wore on the wind kept picking up and getting colder so we decided pack it in early around 11:30. Still not a bad mornings fish. In 4 hours we caught about two dozen bass and 7 were over 3lbs and some maybe over 4 i dunno don't have a good scale (on the x-mas list) . What do you think those weight? Going back tomorrow to see if I can get a nickle
