Looking for some Musky help... haven't posted for awhile...

I don't usually fish for musky, but a co-worker has convinced me to give it a go with him this coming Tuesday... (he caught a 48" years ago, and has been hooked ever since, but has had no opportunity to go since...)

Look for general areas to troll - Ottawa or Rideau River. (We'll probalby try the Ottawa...)

Any help/suggestions is appreciated (ie: depth, structure, lure, etc.)

Tks,
Cman

My # suggestion....

Have fun and be creative! I caught one on Sunday in the most unorthodox manner! Jigging an in-line spinner! (For the Naysayers MMA was with me at the time..please feel free to call us liars!)

I'd suggest you have all the requisite release and handling tools before you go. Safety for you and the fish.

Have fun and post some pics!

We're gonna give the Ottawa a try, @Arnprior, where Madawaska runs into the Ottawa.

I've been on this part once before... hazardous if I remember correctly... :?

Troll the points, break lines, etc.

Wish us luck...
