Wondering if anyone has caught a Whitefish at Lon Island Locks.....caught one today and was quite surprised by it....but then again, it is the Rideau....

Probably was a red horse sucker u caught....look kind of similar.

Was there a few years ago and a guy caught a few.

In the Prior for the weekend....will catch up w/t you on Tues.

I'm betting you caught one of the big fallfish that hangout there this time of year. Whatever it was, it definitely was not a whitefish.
