Catching Muskie Bait

Post by Jonathan »

8) Dad and I went down to the Grand River to see if any carp had started to move. We used worms on set lines and waited. We found no carp , but we did find a good selection of white and red suckers. With the sun and heat the carp should move in soon.

Jonathan,

Ah, spring must be right around the corner! Every year at this time I look forward to those carp and sucker pictures with you & your Dad. And every year I can see how fast you're shooting up!

Looks like you and your Dad had some great weather to fish in.

Glad the fish were biting. :D Won't be long now for the carp.

W.

Great report and nice pics of the suckers. They must be fun to catch. I agree with Wolfe, you are shooting up fast. Take care and hope you have a great 2009 season.
