When is this council going to fix this mess. We need major expansions of both plants but a train seems more important.I guess sewage isn't glamorous enough.

On a recent thread about this a couple of '' Experts '' came on and stated that for every 1000 gallons of the spill there's only 1 gallon of actual sewage
