have my dreams and prayers come true?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

have my dreams and prayers come true?

Post by mad_on_fishing »

im sorry if i am going against any rules.
as soon as i am notified if i have, i will delete any/everything.

anyways,,,just got a call from one of my buddy's in Richmond, and to my surprise he said there was going to be a fishing/hunting store built at the old theater near the grocery store!!

now i haven't gone to look and see if that was true or not, but in about a hour, i will be making my way down there to find out.

if there is,, the first thing im going to do is ask for an application!!
what more can a 14 year old, crazy fisherman ask for!!??

That sounds like great news for you , I hope it works out.
You certianly could do a lot worse for a job than working where you'll have fun.

Good luck with it.

Nice, I used to live in Richmond, that's my old stomping grounds....

I know just the place you mean, that old theatre was there for like 15 years, is it still actually there?

Anyways, good luck, take care.

If i was in richmond and your age, I would buy a canoe somehow, and explore the Jock all the way up to the Fen as far as you can go, and fish the crap out of it!

Hope the fishing-hunting store thing is true, take care!

i have fished anywhere and everywhere along the jock that is in my reach.
just need my dad to let me use the canoe.

the richmond theater is still there, but apparently has not been in use for apperently something like 20 years!!

i have only lived here for almost 2 years now. and i am already incredibly happy!!

honest question...
Is there a reason you cannot post the name of it in the open forum?

i am going to guess that it can disrupt the other stores business, unless they supported this site.
