I release most of my catch, but I like to keep a limit of each for the freezer too.

Hopefully I'll have my walleye stock next week.

e) Selective harvest of a few species and not necessarily limits either.

I still can't get over that pic Markus!

I'll cull a few when I'm in the mood for a feed. Which species depends on what type of feed I'm in the mood for. :)

Not all the time...but ocasionally I'll keep enough for us, or to share with people that enjoy the gift.

Personally, I like my fish fresh....but because I have to cart this home for the summer fish fries, I gotta freeze it. That supply wont make it to the end of July. Some will be for fish fry partys and some will be for trading for lobster, haddock, mussels, ect.

I like eating fish, usually once a week at least, so I regularly keep some for eating.

Great freezer shot Markus.

I enjoy catching more than eating them, though I will keep a few Walleye or Specs from time to time for a fresh snack. Other than that, a photograph as they say is worth a thousand words.

Pints, I haven't personally smoked any, but I certainly eat my share of smoked mackeral over the summer.

I usually go a few times a summer and give my catch away to family and enjoy a few feeds of fresh mackeral. Because of it's oils, it doesn't freeze well.

Flounder is my salt fish of choice during the summer...or haddock when it's available.

Smoked haddock is probably my favorite. Too bad you can't find a decent sized piece here in Ottawa. Boneless smoked haddock, mashed potatoes, and mashed turnip, a Yarmouth, NS favorite when I grew up. (Along with Rappie Pie) :D
