Strange catch!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Strange catch!

Post by Floatinator »

Caught my first ever mooneye! correction my first six...lol. Everybody was either jigging or bottom fishing at petrie island cultverts and no action. A few guys were staring at my set up and shaking there heads in disbeleif wondering what kind of gear and technic i was using...lol. Floating or drifting is a deadly way to hammer fish! I over heard one guy say to his friend "Is he using a fly rod?"...lol. Once again i salute to gloomis...lol
