or so we thought it was
we rolled in early this mourning and did we ever think we found "the spot" well turns out "the spot" is the net pike spot

i started the day off with this nice pike


and then things started to go down hill with many many pike this size being caught


turns out the only bass wanting to play was this guy my first ever slop bass and largemouth bass


im thinking it might be the weather messing the fishing up and the bass will move in there soon
maby im doing something wrong?

Good report,it's funny sometimes when you come across a spot that looks absolutely perfect and it seems uninhabited.

I know that spot , fished the exact same area opening day , lots of snot - rockets on buzz bait .....

It does look like Bass Heaven

i am well aware of that were gonna go try for them on sunday
did you manige any largemouth out of there we had one come 2 feet out of the water for our spro frog it was at least 5 pounds but it missed our bait it kept comeing back but didnt conect
and were you throwing your buzz baits into the slop of to the side of it?
